 1 large lemon, thinly sliced

 1 bunch fresh mint leaves

 4 cups filtered water (or unsweetened green tea)

Instructions

1. Prep the Citrus: Thoroughly wash the orange and lemon under cold water to remove any debris from the rinds. Slice them into thin rounds, removing any visible seeds.

3. Assemble the Infusion: Place the sliced oranges, lemons, and clapped mint leaves into a large pitcher or divide them evenly among individual glass jars.
