Ingredients

3 large carrots, washed and trimmed

2 oranges, peeled

1 banana, peeled

1 cup of water

Optional: A small piece of fresh ginger for extra zest.

Instructions

1. Prepare the Produce

• Thoroughly wash the carrots and cut them into smaller chunks to make blending easier.

• Peel the oranges, ensuring you remove as much of the bitter white pith as possible.

• Peel the banana.

2. Blend the Ingredients

• Place the carrots, orange segments, and banana into a high-speed blender.

• Add 1 cup of water to help the ingredients circulate.

• Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and reaches a vibrant orange color, similar to the glass shown in image_8.png.

3. Adjust Consistency

• If the juice is too thick for your preference, add more water one tablespoon at a time and pulse until you reach the desired consistency.

• For a thinner, more traditional juice texture, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a pitcher.

• If you prefer more fiber, you can enjoy it as a thick smoothie.
