This Crustless Pizza Bowl is a delicious, easy, and quick alternative for those craving pizza without the high carbs. It packs all your favorite pizza flavors into a convenient, crust-free dish.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cooked ground beef or Italian sausage

1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (green, red, and yellow)

1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

Optional toppings: Sliced jalapeños, olives, or mushrooms.

Instructions

1. Prepare the Base

Start by spreading a layer of sugar-free marinara sauce at the bottom of an oven-safe bowl or small foil tin, as seen in image_7.png.

2. Add the Protein

Layer your cooked ground beef or sausage and pepperoni over the sauce. This provides the hearty base of your pizza bowl.

3. Layer the Vegetables
