Ingredients
• 3 large carrots, washed and trimmed
• 2 oranges, peeled
• 1 banana, peeled
• 1 cup of water
• Optional: A small piece of fresh ginger for extra zest.
Instructions
1. Prepare the Produce
• Thoroughly wash the carrots and cut them into smaller chunks to make blending easier.
• Peel the oranges, ensuring you remove as much of the bitter white pith as possible.
• Peel the banana.
2. Blend the Ingredients
• Place the carrots, orange segments, and banana into a high-speed blender.
• Add 1 cup of water to help the ingredients circulate.
