Ingredients
• For the Cream Layer:
• 2 cups heavy cream, chilled
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 packet (0.25 oz) unflavored gelatin
• For the Chocolate Layer:
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Vanilla Base
• In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
• In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
• Add the gelatin mixture to the warm cream and whisk until completely smooth. Do not let it boil.
2. Chill the First Layer

• Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then whisk until glossy and smooth.
4. Combine and Set
• Slowly pour the chocolate ganache over the chilled vanilla layer. Use a spatula to spread it evenly to the edges.
• Return the dish to the refrigerator for another 1 to 2 hours to allow the chocolate to set.
5. Serve
