Creamy Frosty Chocolate Frosty

If you love the iconic, thick, and creamy chocolate Frosty, this quick homemade recipe is the ultimate way to satisfy that craving right from your kitchen. It requires minimal ingredients and delivers that perfect soft-serve consistency that bridges the gap between a rich chocolate milkshake and a smooth ice cream.

Ingredients

Condensed Milk: 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Chocolate Milk: 1/2 gallon (8 cups) chocolate milk

Whipped Topping: 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

Instructions

Step 1: Combine the Base

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and the chocolate milk until completely smooth and fully integrated.

Step 2: Incorporate the Whipped Topping

Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping. Whisk the mixture thoroughly to ensure there are no large lumps and the texture is uniform throughout.

Step 3: Freeze to Texture

Using an Ice Cream Maker: Pour the combined mixture into the bowl of your ice cream maker. Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically for 25 to 30 minutes, until it reaches a thick, soft-serve consistency.

No-Churn Method: Pour the mixture into a large, shallow, freezer-safe container. Place it in the freezer and whisk vigorously every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals. Repeat this process for 2 to 3 hours until the desired texture is achieved.

Step 4: Serve

Spoon the mixture into tall glasses. As shown in image.png, finish each serving with a thick swirl of the frosty mixture at the top and serve immediately with a straw and a spoon.
