Anti-Inflammatory Highlights

Lean Ground Beef: Provides high-quality bioavailable protein, iron, and essential amino acids to support strength and sustained metabolic energy.

Garlic & Pickles: Deliver natural compounds and fermented tang that stimulate digestive enzymes and enhance overall gut wellness.

Ingredients

 1 lb lean ground beef

4 small flour or low-carb tortillas

 4 slices American cheese

 1/4 cup onion, finely diced

 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced

1 tbsp butter or oil (for the skillet)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

 For the Burger Sauce:

 3 tbsp mayonnaise

 1 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp relish or minced pickles

 1/2 tsp yellow mustard

Instructions

1. Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, minced pickles, and yellow mustard until smooth. Set aside.

2. Prep the Meat: Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions. Season each portion generously with salt and black pepper.

3. Smash onto Tortillas: Press a portion of the seasoned raw beef firmly and thinly across one half of each tortilla, spreading it right out to the edges so it adheres.

4. Sear in the Skillet: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat with a little butter or oil. Place the tacos beef-side down directly onto the hot surface. Press down firmly with a spatula and sear for 3 to 4 minutes until the beef is deeply browned and crispy.

5. Flip & Melt Cheese: Flip the tacos over. Lay a slice of American cheese directly on top of the hot beef patty. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until the tortilla is golden and crispy and the cheese is thoroughly melted.

6. Assemble & Serve: Remove the tacos from the skillet. Open them up slightly to add a drizzle of the special burger sauce, diced onions, and pickle slices. Fold closed, press gently, and serve hot!
