Anti-Inflammatory Highlights

Low-Fat Cottage Cheese: Delivers an abundance of clean, bioavailable protein and essential amino acids to support muscle recovery and sustained energy.

Fresh Raspberries: Packed with powerful anthocyanins, vitamin C, and dietary fiber that help combat cellular stress and support gut health.

Wholesome Dairy & Protein: Offers balanced macro nutrition without processed sugars that trigger inflammation.

Ingredients (from label)

 1 ½ cups low-fat cottage cheese

1 scoop (approx. 30g) vanilla or white chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix (optional, for extra flavor)

1/2 cup fresh raspberries (plus a few extra for topping)

1 tsp sweetener of choice or vanilla extract (optional, to taste)

Sugar-free white chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Blend the Base: Add the low-fat cottage cheese, vanilla or white chocolate protein powder, pudding mix, and sweetener (if using) into a high-speed blender or food processor.

2. Whip Until Velvety: Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth, light, and airy with zero curd texture remaining.

3. Fold in Berries: Gently fold in most of the fresh raspberries, breaking them up slightly so the bright red juices swirl through the creamy mousse.

4. Portion & Top: Transfer the mousse into meal-prep jars or serving bowls. Top with the remaining fresh raspberries and white chocolate shavings.

5. Chill & Serve: Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let it set into a firm, luscious mousse texture!
