Ingredients

 1.5 lbs fresh chicken tenderloins

 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed

2 tbsp garlic salt or minced garlic herb seasoning blend

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a gentle kick)

1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine (to keep the dish ultra-juicy)

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a glass baking or casserole dish with cooking spray.

2. Arrange Chicken: Place the raw chicken tenderloins in a single layer inside the glass casserole dish.

3. Season & Butter: Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the garlic salt (or herb seasoning blend) and red pepper flakes generously over the chicken. Dot the top evenly with the cubed pieces of butter.

4. Bake: Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.

5. Rest & Serve: Let the tenderloins rest for 5 minutes in their rich pan juices before serving warm!
