Ingredients

1 cup non-fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1 scoop (30g) vanilla or blueberry muffin protein powder

1/2 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries, slightly mashed

 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp crushed graham cracker crumbs (for that muffin-top crumble finish)

Instructions

1. Mix Protein Base: In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until completely smooth and thick.

2. Fold in Fluff & Berries: Gently fold in the thawed sugar-free whipped topping and the mashed blueberries until swirled and airy.

3. Chill & Serve: Transfer to a sealable squeeze bottle, jar, or bowl. Top with a sprinkle of crushed graham cracker crumbs and a dash of extra cinnamon. Chill for 15 minutes before enjoying!
