Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or croissant dough)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (mixed together)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously grease a 12-cup standard muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or melted butter.
2. Cut Dough: Separate the refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters (or bite-sized pieces).
3. Coat & Assemble: Dip each dough piece first into the melted butter, then roll thoroughly in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated. Press 3 to 4 coated pieces together into each muffin cup.
4. Bake & Serve: Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed, golden brown, and cooked through. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before removing. Serve warm for that delicious melt-in-your-mouth flavor!
