Ingredients

 ¾ cup (100 g) cooked ham or bacon, diced

 ½ cup (75 g) pitted black and green olives, sliced

 ¼ cup fresh parsley or green onions, finely chopped

 ½ tsp salt

 ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8.5 x 4.5-inch loaf pan and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper for easy removal.
