Anti-Inflammatory Highlights

Dairy Base: Provides a rich source of bioavailable calcium and clean energy when balanced mindfully.

Wholesome Comfort: A delightful, soul-soothing treat that brings joy to gatherings and family dessert nights.

Ingredients

2 packs (approx. 400g) plain tea biscuits or Marie biscuits

2 cups heavy whipping cream (chilled)

1/2 cup powdered sugar or sweetener of choice

 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 cup milk (for dipping biscuits)

2 tbsp cocoa powder or grated chocolate (optional, for layering)

Instructions

1. Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, beat the chilled heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.

2. Dip the Biscuits: Pour the milk into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each tea biscuit into the milk for just a second so they don’t get soggy.

3. Layer the Cake: Arrange a single layer of soaked biscuits on the bottom of a square baking dish. Spread an even layer of the whipped cream mixture over the biscuits.

4. Repeat Layers: Repeat the alternating layers of dipped biscuits and whipped cream until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with a smooth layer of cream.

5. Chill Overnight: Crumble a few leftover biscuits and sprinkle them over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6–8 hours) to achieve the best cake-like texture. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
