Dried Cranberries: Contain natural polyphenols and vitamin C to support immune function.

Pure Butter / Wholesome Ingredients: Provides clean energy and rich flavor when enjoyed in moderation.

Ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar (or a zero-calorie powdered sweetener blend)

 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

 2 cups all-purpose flour

 1/4 tsp salt

 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

Optional: A light dusting of powdered sweetener on top

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cream Butter & Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter and powdered sugar together until light, smooth, and creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract.

3. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt, then gradually add them to the butter mixture, mixing just until a soft dough forms.

4. Fold in Mix-Ins: Gently fold in the chopped dried cranberries and chopped pistachios until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

5. Shape Cookies: Scoop portions of the dough, roll them into balls, and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing them down slightly into thick cookie discs.

6. Bake & Cool: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and set. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely!
