 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese

1 scoop vanilla or white chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 cup fresh raspberries, gently mashed

Optional garnish: Fresh raspberries and sugar-free white chocolate shavings

Instructions

1. Blend the Mousse Base: Add the low-fat cottage cheese, sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix, protein powder, and almond milk to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth, silky, and free of curds.
