Garlic & Herbs: Contain natural bioactive compounds known to reduce systemic inflammation.

Ingredients

500g (approx. 1.1 lbs) lean ground beef

 1½ cups mushrooms, sliced

 4 slices Swiss cheese

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 ½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, for flavor)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

 Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1. Brown the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt, black pepper, and onion powder, and cook for 6–8 minutes until fully browned. Drain excess fat if needed, then transfer the beef into serving bowls.

2. Sauté the Mushrooms: In the same skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender and golden brown.

3. Combine & Melt: Spoon the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the beef in the bowls. Top each bowl with slices of Swiss cheese.

4. Melt Cheese & Garnish: Cover the bowls loosely or pop under a broiler for 1–2 minutes until the Swiss cheese is warm, melty, and bubbly. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
