 Prep Time: 10 minutes

 Freeze Time: 1–2 hours

 Servings: Makes about 6–8 clusters

🛒 Ingredients

1 cup Fresh blueberries (washed and dried completely)

1/2 cup Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (use non-fat for a lighter WW-friendly option)

1 tbsp Honey or pure maple syrup (optional, omit if using sweetened vanilla yogurt)

 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1 Mix: In a medium bowl, gently stir together the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.

2 Fold: Add the fresh blueberries to the bowl. Gently fold them into the yogurt mixture until every single blueberry is beautifully coated.

3 Scoop: Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper. Drop the blueberry mixture into small, cookie-sized mounds (about 1–2 tablespoons each) onto the paper.

4 Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, or until the clusters are completely firm and frozen solid.

5 Serve & Store: Enjoy them immediately right out of the freezer! Transfer any leftovers to an airtight container or freezer bag and keep them stored in the freezer for a quick snack anytime.
