Ingredients
• 2 lbs Chicken Breast: Diced into bite-sized cubes.
• 1/2 cup Butter: Melted.
• 1 packet Italian Dressing Mix: (Or a blend of dried oregano, basil, and garlic powder).
• 1 tbsp Minced Garlic: Fresh or jarred.
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper: For seasoning.
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken: Place the raw, diced chicken cubes into the bottom of the slow cooker in an even layer.
2. Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning packet (or herbs), and black pepper.
3. Combine: Pour the butter mixture evenly over the chicken pieces. Stir briefly to ensure every piece is coated.
4. Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 4–5 hours or on High for 2–3 hours. Avoid overcooking to keep the chicken juicy.
5. Serve: This is perfect served over white rice, mashed potatoes, or even tossed with pasta to soak up the garlic butter sauce.
