Base & Beef:

1 lb (450g) 93% lean ground beef (or extra-lean turkey)

1 packet (1 oz) low-sodium taco or burger seasoning mix (or garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper)

4 cups broccoli rice (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray

Bowl Toppings:

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (or 1/4 cup per bowl)

1 medium avocado, sliced (1/4 avocado per bowl)

1-2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning or hemp seeds

4 tbsp sugar-free sriracha mayo or special burger sauce
