Step 1: Fold the Flavors
Open your tub of thawed whipped topping. Add the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and your preferred low-carb sweetener (if using) directly into the tub or transfer it to a mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to gently fold everything together until fully combined and smooth.
Step 2: Add the Berries
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, distributing them evenly throughout the creamy lemon mixture.
Step 3: Garnish and Chill
Smooth out the top with the back of your spoon and scatter an extra sprinkle of lemon zest over the top. Pop the lid back on the container and place it in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours.
