This ultra-creamy, sugar-free chocolate fluff is a high-protein dream that tastes like a decadent Black Forest dessert. By blending a mix of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt with sugar-free chocolate pudding and high-protein milk, you get a thick, mousse-like base. It is packed with deep cocoa flavor, studded with juicy cherries, and perfectly portioned into grab-and-go cups for a seamless breakfast or snack routine.

Ingredients

For the High-Protein Chocolate Base:

1 tub (16 oz) Good Culture cottage cheese (or similar brand)

1 cup FAGE Total 0% Greek yogurt

1/2 cup Fairlife Chocolate Milk (or regular high-protein chocolate milk)

1 box (1.4 oz) Jell-O Sugar-Free Chocolate Instant Pudding mix

2 tbsp Ghirardelli 100% Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (for a richer chocolate flavor)

1 cup Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese (or standard light cream cheese, softened)

 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Optional: A splash of liquid stevia or monk fruit drops if you prefer it sweeter

The Mix-ins:

1 1/2 cups dark sweet cherries, pitted and thawed (if frozen) or chopped fresh

Instructions

1. Prep and Set Up

Gather your ingredients on the counter as shown in the top-left panel of the image. If using frozen cherries, ensure they are thawed and well-drained so excess juice doesn’t make the fluff watery.

2. Blend the Creamy Base

In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, chocolate milk, and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes until completely smooth, velvety, and entirely free of cottage cheese lumps.

3. Whisk in the Chocolate Elements

Transfer the smooth mixture into a large glass mixing bowl. Add the sugar-free chocolate pudding mix and unsweetened cocoa powder. Whisk vigorously until the powders are fully dissolved and incorporated. The instant pudding mix will react with the liquid and start thickening the fluff within a couple of minutes.

4. Fold in the Cherries

Gently fold the pitted cherries into the thick chocolate base using a spatula or spoon (as illustrated in the top-right panel). Stir with a slow sweeping motion to distribute the fruit evenly without completely crushing the cherries.

5. Portion into Cups

Line up your clear meal-prep cups or glasses. Spoon the chocolate cherry fluff evenly into each container, filling them cleanly to the top (shown in the bottom panels). Use the back of a spoon to smooth or swirl the surface.

6. Chill to Set

Place the portioned cups into the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours before eating. This chilling time allows the pudding mix to fully set the structure, turning it into a rich, spoonable, mousse-like treat. Enjoy cold straight from the fridge!
