Made with wholesome ingredients like protein-packed Greek yogurt and nutrient-dense almond flour, it slices beautifully for sandwiches, toast, or a satisfying snack without any guilt.

Anti-Inflammatory Highlights

Greek Yogurt: Provides a rich source of clean protein and gut-friendly probiotics that support healthy digestion and immune function.

Almond Flour: Offers healthy monounsaturated fats, vitamin E, and dietary fiber while keeping the loaf naturally grain-free and low-glycemic.

Ingredients

 1 cup Greek yogurt

 1 cup almond flour

 2 large eggs

 1 tsp baking powder

 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

 Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Prep the Oven & Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

2. Whisk Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and large eggs until smooth and thoroughly combined.

3. Add Dry Ingredients: Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), and a pinch of salt to the yogurt mixture. Stir gently with a spatula or spoon until a thick, uniform dough forms.

4. Transfer to Pan: Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

5. Bake: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

6. Cool & Slice: Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to slice and serve!
