Anti-Inflammatory Highlights

Rolled Oats: Rich in beta-glucan soluble fiber to support steady blood sugar levels and promote healthy digestion.

Fresh Berries & Kiwi: Packed with vitamin C, powerful antioxidants, and vibrant polyphenols that help combat cellular oxidative stress.

Chia Seeds: Deliver plant-based omega-3 fatty acids and clean prebiotic fiber to nourish the gut microbiome.

Ingredients

 2 cups rolled oats

2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

 2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

 Fresh strawberries, sliced

 Fresh blueberries

 Fresh kiwi, diced or sliced

 Crunchy granola (for topping)

Instructions

1. Mix the Base: In a large bowl or divided directly among 4 meal-prep glass jars, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until completely incorporated.

2. Chill Overnight: Cover the jars securely with lids and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight so the oats absorb the liquid and develop a rich, creamy texture.

3. Top & Serve: In the morning, uncover your oats and top each jar generously with fresh sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and a satisfying sprinkle of crunchy granola. Grab a spoon and enjoy a delicious, stress-free start to your day!
