Ingredients
1/2 cup of Red Velvet Baileys (or regular Baileys)
1/4 cup of Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 small box JELLO Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
3/4 cup milk
8 oz container of Cool Whip (divided)
Optional: Chocolate shavings and maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix Pudding & Milk: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the small box of JELLO Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix and milk for 2 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken.
2. Add Liqueurs: Pour in the 1/2 cup of Red Velvet Baileys (or regular Baileys) and 1/4 cup of Kahlua coffee liqueur, whisking until completely smooth and well incorporated.
3. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in half of the 8 oz container of Cool Whip into the chocolate liqueur mixture until smooth and fluffy.
4. Fill Shot Cups: Spoon or pipe the chocolate mixture evenly into plastic shot cups or small dessert cups.
