Anti-Inflammatory Highlights

Fresh Strawberries: Packed with vitamin C, anthocyanins, and powerful antioxidants that help combat oxidative stress and lower systemic inflammation.

Unsweetened Greek Yogurt / Cottage Cheese Base: Rich in clean protein and gut-friendly probiotics supporting healthy digestion.

Natural Berry Compounds: Provide bioactive polyphenols known to support cardiovascular and metabolic health.

Ingredients

1.5 cups non-fat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt (or smooth blended cottage cheese)

1 scoop (approx. 30g) vanilla or strawberry protein powder

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and finely chopped (plus extra for layering)

 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Sugar-free sweetener (such as monk fruit or stevia) to taste

1/2 tsp xanthan gum (optional, for extra fluffy texture)

Instructions

1. Blend the Protein Base: In a large mixing bowl or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla or strawberry protein powder, pure vanilla extract, and your preferred sugar-free sweetener. Whisk vigorously until smooth and creamy.

2. Add Xanthan Gum (Optional): If using xanthan gum, sprinkle it in now and beat with an electric hand mixer for 1–2 minutes until the mixture expands into a thick, marshmallow-like “cloud” texture.

3. Crush the Strawberries: Finely chop or lightly crush half of the fresh strawberries to release their natural juices.

4. Fold & Layer: Gently fold the crushed strawberries into the whipped protein fluff. Layer the bottom of meal-prep containers with extra fresh sliced strawberries, then spoon the fluffy mixture on top.

5. Chill & Serve: Seal the containers and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set, or enjoy immediately as a quick, macro-friendly high-protein treat!
