Anti-Inflammatory Highlights
Cottage Cheese: High in essential amino acids, calcium, and selenium to support tissue repair and cellular health.
Black Pepper: Contains piperine, a powerful active compound known to enhance nutrient absorption and reduce inflammation.
Olive Oil / Seasonings: Provide clean monounsaturated fats and antioxidants that support metabolic balance.
Ingredients
1.5 cups full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional: A light sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese for extra crispiness
Instructions
1. Preheat & Line: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with high-quality parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
2. Blend the Base: Place the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper into a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy with no curds remaining.
3. Spoon Small Portions: Drop small spoonfuls (about 1 tablespoon each) of the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between them as they will spread slightly.
4. Flatten: Use the back of a spoon or a small spatula to spread each dollop into very thin, flat rounds.
5. Bake Until Crispy: Bake for 25–30 minutes, watching closely toward the end. The edges should turn deeply golden brown and crisp, and the centers should be completely dry.
6. Cool & Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the pan—they will crisp up further as they cool. Peel them off the parchment paper and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container!
