Ingredients
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese, blended smooth)
1 scoop (30g) vanilla or blueberry whey protein powder
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbsp light cream cheese or sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
1/4 tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener (such as stevia or erythritol, to taste)
1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (optional, to adjust consistency)
Instructions
1. Prepare Fluff Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, light cream cheese (or pudding mix), cinnamon, and sweetener. Whisk or beat vigorously until smooth and creamy.
2. Adjust Consistency: Stir in 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk at a time if needed to reach a fluffy, whip-like texture.
3. Fold in Blueberries: Lightly mash half of the blueberries to release their juices, then gently fold both the mashed and whole blueberries into the mixture to create a marbled look.
4. Chill & Serve: Spoon into glass jars or containers, cover with lids, and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes (or store overnight) before serving chilled.
