Ingredients
The Liquid Base:
2 cups brewed Hibiscus tea (cooled)
2 cups cold filtered water
¼ cup white cranberry juice (for a touch of tart sweetness)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice and zest of 1 fresh lemon
The Protein Power:
1 scoop Clear Whey Isolate (Berry or Lemonade flavor)

Step 1: Brew and Cool the Tea
Brew your hibiscus tea ahead of time and let it cool completely down to room temperature (or chill it in the fridge) so it doesn’t melt your ice later.
Step 2: Combine the Liquids and Protein
In your large pitcher (or a giant shaker bottle first to prevent clumping), combine the cooled hibiscus tea, cold filtered water, white cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Step 3: Mix the Magic Powders
Add the scoop of Clear Whey Isolate and the Collagen Peptides into the liquid. Whisk vigorously or shake until the powders are completely dissolved.
Step 4: Load it with Fruit and Ice
Once the liquid is clear, drop in your fresh blueberries, strawberry slices, and lemon and lime wheels. Fill the rest of the pitcher with ice cubes.
