1 package (0.3 oz) Sugar-Free Lemon Gelatin mix
1/4 cup boiling water
2 containers (5.3 oz each) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 container (8 oz) Fat-Free Whipped Topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
