Soursop & Turmeric Wellness Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fresh soursop pulp (seeds removed)

1/2 teaspoon fresh turmeric root, grated (or 1/4 tsp powder)

1 cup coconut water or plain water

1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

A pinch of black pepper (to help activate the turmeric)

Optional: A few dried hibiscus petals for extra antioxidants

Preparation

1. Prepare the Soursop: Carefully peel the soursop fruit and remove the large black seeds from the white pulp. Use only the soft, fleshy part.

2. Combine: Place the soursop pulp, grated turmeric, coconut water, and a pinch of black pepper into a high-speed blender.

3. Blend: Process on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

4. Sweeten: Taste the smoothie. If you prefer it a bit sweeter, add your choice of honey or maple syrup and pulse again.

5. Serve: Pour into a glass and drink immediately while fresh.
