1 ½ lbs (680g) beef stew meat or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley or thyme (for garnish)
Directions:
Sear the Steak (Optional but Recommended):
