with Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil.
Prepare the Parmesan sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, black pepper, and ½ cup Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Coat the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Pour the Parmesan sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
Top with cheese: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella evenly over the chicken.
Bake the chicken: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Broil for a golden top: For an extra crispy cheese topping, broil the chicken on high for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with a side of roasted vegetables or pasta.
