Meat Lovers Pizza Tacos

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb crumbled Italian sausage
1/2 lb slices of pepperoni
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup pizza sauce
8 small flour tortillas
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage. Drain excess fat and blend in oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the Tacos: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Smear a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla. Layer with the meat mixture, then add pepperoni, olives, mozzarella, and cheddar.
Bake the Tacos: Arrange tortillas on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and tortillas are crispy at the edges.
Garnish and Serve: After baking, allow to cool slightly before adding basil, Parmesan, and optional red pepper flakes. Cut into wedges to serve.
