1 cup of crab meat, cleaned of shells
1 cup of chopped, cooked shrimp
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 chopped green onions
1 tablespoon Cajun spice mix
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon optional hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, adjusted to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnishing
Instructions:
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Mix in Cajun spices, garlic powder, optional hot sauce, and lemon juice.
Gently fold in crab meat, shrimp, green onions, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
Season the blend with salt and pepper as per your preference.
Evenly spread the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip turns bubbly and slightly golden on top.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and offer warm with crackers, toasted bread slices, or fresh vegetables.
