1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, and seasonings until well combined.
Divide the mixture equally into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup to the top.
Mix the ingredients for the topping and spoon it over each mini meatloaf.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
