1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
2 green onions, cut in 1.5 inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can of baby corn
2 tbsp oil
Steak marinade:
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp soy
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pepper sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
Add steak to marinade and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
In a wok or large skillet over high heat add oil and add in peppers and onions. Cook approximately one minute, stirring frequently. Add in garlic and steak. Try to break the steak up as best as you can. Allow it to cook 2-3 minutes and then stir. Add in baby corn and cook one minute before adding pepper sauce. Cook one minute and then add in green onions. Enjoy!
