Eggs: Deliver bioavailable protein, choline, and essential amino acids necessary for muscle maintenance and metabolic repair.

Garlic & Herbs: Provide natural bioflavonoids to bolster immune defense and ease systemic inflammation.

Ingredients

 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)

 6 large eggs

1 cup milk (or unsweetened almond milk)

 ½ tsp salt

 ¼ tsp black pepper

 ¼ tsp garlic powder

 ¼ tsp onion powder

Olive oil or butter for greasing

Dried herbs (such as parsley, dill, or chives) for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish with olive oil or butter.

2. Whisk Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the 6 large eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully smooth and combined.

3. Layer Greens & Cheese: Scatter the chopped fresh spinach and shredded cheese evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

4. Pour & Top: Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and cheese. Sprinkle optional dried herbs on top for an added pop of color and flavor.

5. Bake & Cool: Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set, golden around the edges, and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing into squares or wedges to serve!
