Dry Rub Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the dry rub.
- Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
