High-Protein Banana Cream Pie Fluff

Ingredients

1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese, blended smooth)

1 scoop (30g) vanilla or banana whey protein powder

2 tbsp sugar-free banana or vanilla instant pudding mix

 1/2 medium ripe banana, sliced

2-3 vanilla wafers or graham crackers, crushed

1-2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener (such as stevia or erythritol, to taste)

1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (optional, to adjust texture)

Pinch of ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

1. Whip the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, sugar-free instant pudding mix, and zero-calorie sweetener. Whisk or beat vigorously until smooth and fluffy.

2. Adjust Texture: Stir in 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk at a time if needed until a thick, scoopable mousse consistency is achieved.

3. Layer the Fluff: In a tall glass or cup, build layers starting with a scoop of banana fluff, followed by a layer of sliced bananas and crushed vanilla wafers. Repeat the layers.

4. Top & Serve: Finish with two scoops of the fluff on top, sprinkle with extra crushed wafers, and dust lightly with ground cinnamon. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
