Deep-Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Wonton Bites

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
20-24 wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil, for frying
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
Assemble the Wontons

Lay a wonton wrapper flat and add about 1 tsp of the cheesecake mixture to the center.
Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and press to seal, forming a triangle or pouch shape.
Fry the Wontons

In a large pot or deep skillet, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully drop a few wontons into the hot oil, frying for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cinnamon Sugar Coating

In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
While the wontons are still warm, toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
Serve

Serve warm with strawberry jam or whipped cream for dipping. Enjoy your crispy, sweet bites!
