Caramel Apple Fudge

Ingredients:

2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dried apple slices, chopped
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Pinch of salt
Directions:

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and fully melted.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped dried apple slices.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the fudge mixture, then use a knife to swirl it into the fudge.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top for balance.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Once the fudge is firm, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy! 🍴
