Broiled Lobster Tails in Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)

• ½ cup unsalted butter

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• ½ cup heavy cream

• ½ tsp lemon juice

• Salt & black pepper, to taste

• Paprika (optional, for color)

• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the lobster

Preheat broiler.

Cut lobster shells lengthwise and gently pull meat up, resting it on top of the shell.

2. Make the sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

3. Broil

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.

Spoon sauce generously over the meat.

Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

4. Cook

Broil for 8–10 minutes, until lobster is opaque and lightly golden.

5. Finish

Spoon extra sauce over the top and garnish with parsley.

⭐ Tips

• Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce

• Amazing with rice or mashed potatoes

• Don’t overcook — lobster should be tender, not rubbery
