Ingredients
• 1 cup oatmeal (130 g)
• 1 glass hot water (250 ml)
• 2 eggs
• 1 glass natural yogurt (120 g)
• 3 tbsp sweetener (optional)
• 3 tbsp melted butter
(or coconut / olive oil)
• 1 cup walnuts, chopped
• ½ cup almonds, chopped
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds, lightly toasted
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• A few drops vanilla essence
• 2 tbsp coconut or almond flour
• 1 glass berries (blueberries or preferred)

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Soak oats
Pour hot water over oatmeal. Let sit 5 minutes until soft.
2. Mix wet ingredients
Add eggs, yogurt, melted butter, sweetener, and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Add dry ingredients
Stir in salt, baking powder, coconut/almond flour, nuts, sesame seeds, and berries.
4. Bake
Pour into a lined or greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40–45 minutes, until set and golden.
5. Cool & slice
Let cool before slicing — perfect warm or cold!
