Ingredients
• 1 medium zucchini, grated
• 1 cup cooked ham, diced
• 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
• 4 large eggs
• ½ cup heavy cream or milk
• 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch (optional, helps structure)
• 1 small onion or shallot, finely chopped (optional)
• 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• ½ tsp paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)
• Cooking spray or butter for the dish

Instructions
1. Prep zucchini
• Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess liquid using a towel (important!).
2. Mix filling
• In a bowl, whisk eggs and cream.
• Stir in cheese, ham, zucchini, onion, garlic, flour (if using), salt, pepper, and seasoning.
3. Bake
• Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
• Grease a pie dish or baking pan.
• Pour mixture in and spread evenly.
• Bake 35–40 minutes, until set in the center and golden on top.
4. Rest & serve
• Let cool 5–10 minutes before slicing.
