Ingredients (1 large mug / ~30g protein)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp oat flour (or almond flour)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener)
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp milk (any kind)
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (adds moisture + protein)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or peanut butter center
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix dry ingredients
In a mug, whisk together protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener.
2️⃣ Add wet ingredients
Add egg, milk, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
3️⃣ Optional gooey center
Drop a few chocolate chips or ½ tsp peanut butter in the middle.
4️⃣ Microwave
- Microwave on HIGH for 60–90 seconds
- Start with 60 seconds, add time if needed
- Center should be just set but still fudgy
5️⃣ Cool slightly & enjoy
Let rest 30 seconds before eating.
