Ingredients (makes 10–12 muffins)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- ½ cup diced ham or cooked bacon
- 2 tbsp chopped herbs or veggies (green onions, parsley, bell peppers)
(Salt & pepper optional — many cheeses/meats are already salty)

1️⃣ Prep
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
- Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners
2️⃣ Mix
- Crack eggs into a bowl
- Whisk until smooth
- Stir in cheese, meat, and veggies
3️⃣ Fill
- Pour mixture into muffin cups
- Fill about ¾ full
4️⃣ Bake
- Bake for 18–22 minutes
- Tops should be lightly golden and set in the center
5️⃣ Cool & Serve
- Let rest 5 minutes
- Remove and enjoy warm 😍
