4-Ingredient Savory Egg Muffins

Ingredients (makes 10–12 muffins)

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • ½ cup diced ham or cooked bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped herbs or veggies (green onions, parsley, bell peppers)

(Salt & pepper optional — many cheeses/meats are already salty)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep

  • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
  • Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners

2️⃣ Mix

  • Crack eggs into a bowl
  • Whisk until smooth
  • Stir in cheese, meat, and veggies

3️⃣ Fill

  • Pour mixture into muffin cups
  • Fill about ¾ full

4️⃣ Bake

  • Bake for 18–22 minutes
  • Tops should be lightly golden and set in the center

5️⃣ Cool & Serve

  • Let rest 5 minutes
