  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese (or ricotta)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Butter or oil for the pan

1️⃣ Prepare the Mixture

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl
  2. Add cream cheese
  3. Whisk until smooth (small lumps are okay)
  4. Stir in shredded mozzarella
  5. Add a tiny pinch of salt if desired

The batter will be thick and cheesy, not liquid.

2️⃣ Heat the Pan

  • Use a non-stick skillet
  • Heat on low to medium heat
  • Lightly grease with butter or oil

3️⃣ Cook the Bread

  1. Pour the mixture into the pan
