Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped or shredded
- ¾ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise (optional, still 0 points)
- ½ cup celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- ½ cup grapes, chopped (optional – adds sweetness)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional add-ins (all 0 points):
- Dill or parsley
- Mustard
- Pickles or relish
- Green onions
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare chicken
- Chop or shred cooked chicken breast into small pieces.
2️⃣ Make the dressing
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and fat-free mayo until smooth.
3️⃣ Combine
- Add chicken, celery, onion, and grapes (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Mix & chill
- Stir until well combined.
- Chill at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
