Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 1½ cups warm water (not hot)

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp instant yeast (or active dry yeast)

1️⃣ Mix the dough

• In a large bowl, add flour, salt, and yeast.

• Pour in warm water.

• Mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.

2️⃣ Let it rise

• Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap.

• Let rise at room temperature for 8–12 hours (or overnight).

• Dough should double in size and look bubbly.

3️⃣ Preheat & prepare pot
