Refreshing Green Detox Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 small onion, chopped

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 broccoli head, cut into florets

• 1 zucchini, chopped

• 1 cup spinach or kale

• ½ cup green peas

• 3–4 cups vegetable broth (or water)

• Salt & black pepper, to taste

• Juice of ½ lemon

• Optional: pinch of chili flakes or ginger

1️⃣ Sauté base

• Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

• Add onion and cook until soft.

• Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

2️⃣ Add vegetables

• Add broccoli, zucchini, peas, and greens.

• Stir for 2–3 minutes.

3️⃣ Simmer

• Pour in broth or water.

• Season with salt and pepper.

• Simmer 15–20 minutes until vegetables are tender.

4️⃣ Blend

• Blend until smooth (or leave chunky if preferred).

5️⃣ Finish

• Stir in lemon juice.
